Good content, horrible app

Love the magazine, but this app is horrible. Often half downloads the issue so when youre on a plane away from wifi youre surprised with nothing to read. Also it wants me to pay to download the new issue! Ive deleted & reinstalled, signed out and into itunes, restored the app & it show my active subscription and still asked I pay $4.99 to get the new issue. Great magazine, however the app is an exercise in frustration!
